Sony Headphones Review - The Best Noise Cancelling Headphones

The fifth-generation model of Sony's noise cancelling headphones appears a bit different than the previous version but they sound as excellent. They're comfortable, lightweight and feature a variety of features like Quick Attention mode, Speak-to-Chat wear detection, and AI-powered DSEE Extreme audio upscaling.

The ANC is powerful, cutting train noises to an ambient rumble. The option to pass through lets you hear outside sounds if needed.

1. Sony WH-1000XM5

The design is also somewhat bulky, and the earcups can creak when you move your head. The controls are easy to use and have tactile buttons that provide satisfying click-like feedback. This feature allows you to select an audio profile that is preset according to the type of headphones you're using the headphones (e.g., "Staying at Work" or "Running") or the current location (with your phone's permission to make this determination).
